Ozone Seafront Hotel provides ATM (EFTPOS) facilities on ALL cards.

Conditions

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a reservation is cancelled, a handling fee of $20 is charged. The following conditions and cancellation fees also apply:

  • Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival - $20 per booking
  • Cancellation prior to 7 days of arrival - 50% of total cost
  • Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival - 80% of total cost
  • Cancellation on day of arrival - 100% of total cost.... Travel Insurance is recommended.
  • Do not send Cash
  • All tariffs and penalties are quoted in Australian dollars
  • The proceeds from all cheques will be held in a trust until guests arrival at the hotel - where cancellation fees are due, said fees will be deducted from the proceeds with the remainder forwarded to you by return cheque.
